IAPS Admission Details

Age Criteria:

For Class Nursery a child should be 3+ on 30th April of the year in which the Admission is sought.

Admission Procedure:

Prospectus and Application form for admission will be available at the school office Golden Arcadia, Balicha, N.H. 8, Udaipur as well at our city office at Nagori Niketan, 30 – C, Madhuvan, Near Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal, Udaipur on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash. Parents are requested to go through the Prospectus carefully before filling up the Form.The Application Form duly filled,in all respects should be submitted to the school office along with the required documents and registration fee, in cash, before the last date of admission,notified on the Notice Board. Registered Application will be scrutinized and only those found complete in all respects,will be called for admission, after written test and interview ,if required.The school will notify the exact date & time of the test on the school Notice Board. Successful candidates will be admitted on the basis of merit, subject to availability of seats.The list of admitted students will be notified on the School Notice Board.

Withdrawal:

A written application in advance must be submitted to the Principal’s office (at least 15 days before) by the parents for the withdrawal of a student. T.C. will be issued only, after all the dues are cleared including charges for damage made to School/Hostel Building, furniture, equipment etc. and the fees. The school also has the right to ask the parents to withdraw a child, if he/she is irregular in attendance not conforming to the school’s ideals, insubordination and contempt of authority, progress in studies is not satisfactory, conduct is harmful to others or for other reasons which the school authorities find in him/her.
