Annual Report 2022 – 2023

The academic session 2022-23 is very special in the history of IAPS as some new achievements are introduced like NCC, Martial Art, Football, serving Nutrition meals to our scholars, and some life skills are developed amongst the students through the promotion of club activities like literary, Science, Maths, Social Science, Eco, Heritage, Leo, Road Satiety, Recreation Club and many more. We motivate our students to take part in a variety of cultural, literacy, and Social activities like public speaking, debates, quizzes, creative writing, reading forums, etc.

Success is the sweet result of hard work combined with the desire to excel and unfailing dedication.

Our Achievements:

51 Principals of Rajasthan have been Honoured with RUDRA RATAN AWARD organized by BRIJ BHOOMI FOUNDATION for their untiring efforts and hard work during the pandemic time. it’s my privileged that I am one of the awardees. One more achievement in this year on my crown that I have been awarded by EEC (Enriching Education) among the top 100 Principals who were awarded in Rajasthan.

7 of our faculties have been awarded by VIDHYARTHI VIKAS SANG BHARAT VIKAS PARISHAD, LEO CLUB, Pacific Institute, and Rotary Club on the occasion of Teacher’s Day 2022 for their excellent contribution to the field of education by giving cents o result in the board. We are proud to report that the academic 2021-22 batch of AISSCE and AISSE students have brought laurels to the school by giving 100% results.

Miss Dviti Bafna topper of Science Stream in class XII achieved 97.2% (she got 4th position in Udaipur District.
Master Dev Pratap Audichya – topper of commerce stream achieved 94.4%.

Miss Reena Sisodiya topper of the Arts stream achieved 90%

Class X toppers Hiya Singh achieved 95.6%.

45 students of class XII and 14 students of class X scored more than 90% marks in different subjects.

Many of our students scored 100 on 100 in Physical Education ad Typography this was possible because of the continuous efforts by the dedicated team.

Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all. Hence opening their young minds, the school has conducted different activities which encourage and faster a healthy and competitive spirit and effective Communication skills in the students.

I take pride to mention that our school band made a prestigious appearance in rally conducted jointly by district administration and education department under the project AJADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAVA more than 25 schools took part and our school band was appreciated for the majestic performance.

“If you develop a passion for learning you will| never cease to grow It was a big challenge to introduce NCC during covid-19 in the school. IAPS accepted the task with confidence and registered 50 students, all have cleared A level certificate with flying colours.

For your information- Our 9 Scouts (Students) were awarded with Governor award and are selected for President’s award.

8 Scouts and 5 Guides were participated in the training camp programme for Governor’s award .s

NCC cadets of IAPS participated in the 10 days NCC combined Annual l training camp and our cadets- .

Master Preet Chandat stood first in Health and Hygiene.

In Solo dance 1st position achieved Miss Palak Kothari and also in Group song IAPS won 1St position.

In Solo Song Competition Miss Shalom won 1 position.

Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat (EBSB) is one of the prestigious camp organised in the school campus for ten days 24 Dec2022 till 03 Jan 2023) where 600 cadets got opportunities to know the essence of India and it’s culture, Unity in diversity.

Students of Indo American Public School who attended the camp got position in different activities .khushi Jadoun and Vaishnavi achieved first position in tug of war . Palak kothari in solo dance and khushi Jadoun in extempore competition.

On the day of closing ceremony I was invited as the chief guest and honoured by them.

Sports Achievements

The school has always been taking initiative to get the best talent the sport area. We have consolidated the sports activities weekends, where the school has tie-up with professional coaches for Football, martial art, swimming, softball to coach our children. Some of our achievements are:-

The school has lifted the prestigious Bhagat Singh Cup – all India karate championship under the guidance of our expert coach Mr. Kishan Vande. Our students Miss Manasvi Sonwal, Miss Laksha Meena, Master Bhavishya Sonwal has achieved all india national ranking and won gold medals. Miss Manasvi Sonwal has won many trophies during the year for the same.

Master Himansh Patel and Miss Vaishnavi Chouhan has won bronze medal at the Maharana Pratap National open Karate championship.

It’s a matter of great pride for us to announce that two of our students represent the Rajasthan state team of the football. Under 19 category Master Ashish Meena and under 17 category Master Palash Parmar

This all possible under guidance of PTIs. The school has been giving good numbers of players to state team from last two year. Heartiest congratulations to all of them

Some more achievements are –

Miss Minakshee Tande – Under 19, has been selected at Nagore State level for Kabaddi.

Master Shiv Kumar Under-19 has been selected in Bharatpur & State level Kabaddi.

Miss Dolly Vyas Under-19 and Miss Khanak Meena have De selected in state level Kabaddi.

Master Parthak Dhabai – Under-19 won Bronze Medal in State level Judo Competition.

Miss Aaradhika Hapavat achieved Gold medal and has been selected in state level Under-19 grappling competition as well as she has won Silver and bronze medal in two different categories at national level

Master Parthik Dhabai got Gold medal and has been selected in 66 state level Judo competition Under-19 category.

Master Mrighraj Chouhan, Miss Priyanka Yadav and Miss Anushka Singh have been selected for state level in Softball Under-19 category and Miss Koushiki Audichya, Miss Anjani Yadav and Master

Mansingh Sisodiya have been selected for the same under 14 category.

Workshops and seminars

Each academic year training seminars and orientation programs are conducted for teachers and students with a dual focus to improve and affectively implement innovative ideas teaching learning practices as well as to take the students beyond their current level of learning. Educational Tour and Picnic.

The school had organised picnic programmes, educational tours for students. A one-week excursion program was organised by the school for Heritage, Leo, NCC, Scouts & Road safety club students.

Our school has published E-Magazine named mirror and the same is uploaded in the school web sides and also in our social media account. We are getting very positive response and appreciation for releasing this magazine.

Medical Check-up -: We all know that health is the greatest of human beings So LAPS has conducted a medical check-up camp under the supervision of our honourable patron Dr. Kiran Harpavat (MD, Fellow American Academy Paediatrics) assisted by the team of doctors provided by Udaipur district reproductive child health officer Dr Ashok Aditya. In addition to this regular hight, weight and chest measurement have been recorded for all the students in the beginning of the year.

ln order to ensure the quality of education and to promote self- improvement, CBSE has created Hub of learning for the schools, and our school has been selected as the lead collaborator for 7 more CBSE schools. The main aim of this collaborative partnership between schools is to create an Eco stem for the schools to effectively take up all round self-improvement for various activities like Academic Collaboration, Resource Sharing, teaching system reforms etc. IAPS has selected the lead collaborator school for the second time by the CBSE. Thanks to board for believing on us.

All the good work of the school has been possible with the cooperation of our highly qualified and dedicated faculties, thanks to all of them. Our sincere thanks to the management committee specially to our mentor Dr.Ganesh Harpavat for his constant guidance, support direction and encouragement.

Learning from Our Mentor has greatly enhanced our capabilities and skillset and has brought about a substantial changes. We extend our thanks to Mr. Mohit Nagori (Chairperson Herpawat Charitable trust) and Mr. Shubham Kothari (Secretory Harpavat Charitable trust) for their endless support and motivation. I would extend by extending our since thanks to to all the parents and each one of you and all the well wishers who have lent us supportive hand down through the years in all our endeavours who are capable scholars each year.
